Carmen brings over 20 years of experience in the Market Research industry, where she has excelled in a wide range of operational roles, including data analysis, project management, field management, and global training. Her extensive expertise spans multiple product lines, from Quantitative and Qualitative Full Service to Sample Only, Communities, Healthcare, and SaaS offerings. With a deep understanding of global privacy regulations, Carmen’s adaptability and broad skillset make her an invaluable addition to InnovateMR.
Carmen is known for her ability to foster healthy cross-cultural workplaces and effectively manage large teams. Her reputation as a problem-solver and a champion of collaboration precedes her. She excels at fostering a strong collaborative spirit across the entire organization and accelerating the adoption of key initiatives, leading to successful outcomes for both Enterprise clients and Market Research firms.
Most recently, Carmen served as Vice President of Client Services for the Americas at Toluna, where she oversaw teams in Canada, the USA, India, and Brazil, driving collaboration and success across borders. Her global perspective is further reinforced by her extended work experiences in the USA and India, which have shaped her ability to lead diverse teams effectively.

Carmen holds an honors BA in Sociology from Western University and has obtained several certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and the Principles of Market Research from the University of Georgia. Carmen’s dedication to her community is evident through her volunteer work with the Toronto Public Library’s Adult Literacy program and her role as a mentor with Women In Research (WIRe), where she has been providing guidance to women in both Toronto and Delhi since 2020.
